This natural lot from the Karana community in Kintamani, Bali, offers a bright, layered cup shaped by volcanic soils and careful drying. Grown at around 1200 masl from S795 and Kartika varieties, ripe cherries are sorted and dried whole to develop sweetness and fruit clarity. Anaerobic fermentation during processing deepens the fruit character while maintaining structure. The result is a lively profile with juicy raspberry, fresh citrus lift and a delicate green tea finish that reflects the vibrant terroir of Bali’s highlands.
